The location of this hotel is fantastic - within easy walking distance of TST, The Peninsula, Nathan Road/Granville Road, and even the Jade Market and Ladies Market. The MTR station is just a 2-minute walk away, making transportation convenient. The hotel itself is clean and not pretentious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is nice, with a good selection of food. the hotel offers a Happy Hour, making evening drinks reasonably priced. The option of organizing a late check out was definitely worth it, as it allowed me to make the most of my day in the city before catching the airport shuttle bus.

During my recent stay at Novotel, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness by the Guest Services Manager, Ms Yoko. She were very good too make my stay comfortable and even surprised me with birthday decorations in my room. The staff at Novotel knows how to make guests feel special.

Nothing not to love.

We had a wonderful time exploring this hotel located in a prime spot near Jordan MTR station. It was convenient to have a variety of eateries nearby and the train station just a short walk away. The room was perfect for our family of 3, with a sofa bed and well-appointed amenities. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond by surprising my son with a special birthday treat. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both Western and local cuisine, and we enjoyed the option of having omelettes cooked to order. The surrounding area was bustling with authentic Hong Kong markets just minutes away. All in all, a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the bustling area near Temple night market and just a short walk to the subway station "Jordan". It was so convenient to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. We also loved how easy it was to catch a bus to the airport, making our departure stress-free. Additionally, being next to a large shopping mall was a big plus for us shopaholics!

We highly recommend this hotel. The only minor downside was that the staff could have been more friendly and informative.
